OET (OET-LV) and said:
Behold, I_am_observing the heavens having_been_opened_up, and the son of_ the _man having_stood by the_right of_ the _god.

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
ἰδοὺ
behold
Stephen is using the term behold to focus his listeners’ attention on what he is about to say. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. Alternate translation: [Now listen]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
θεωρῶ τοὺς οὐρανοὺς διηνοιγμένους, καὶ
˱I˲_/am/_observing the heavens /having_been/_opened_up and
Stephen is speaking of the heavens being opened to mean that they are open to his view. Alternate translation: [the heavens are open to my view, and I see] or [I can see into heaven, and I see]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
τὸν Υἱὸν τοῦ Ἀνθρώπου
the Son ¬the ˱of˲_Man
The title Son of Man is equivalent to “Messiah.” Jesus himself used that title to claim that role subtly and implicitly. You may want to translate the title directly into your language. Alternatively, if you think it would be helpful to your readers, you could express what it means. Alternate translation: [Jesus the Messiah]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj
ἐκ δεξιῶν ἑστῶτα τοῦ Θεοῦ
by /the/_right /having/_stood ¬the ˱of˲_God
See how you translated the nominal adjective right in 7:55. Alternate translation: [standing at the right side of God]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
ἐκ δεξιῶν ἑστῶτα τοῦ Θεοῦ
by /the/_right /having/_stood ¬the ˱of˲_God
See how you expressed the implicit significance of the phrase at the right of God in 7:55. Alternate translation: [standing in a place of honor next to God]
Note 6 topic: translate-symaction
ἐκ δεξιῶν ἑστῶτα τοῦ Θεοῦ
by /the/_right /having/_stood ¬the ˱of˲_God
See how you expressed the significance of the symbolic action of Jesus standing in 7:55. Alternate translation: [the Son of Man, in a place of honor next to God, standing to honor me]
7:55-56 Jesus standing . . . at God’s right hand: Usually Jesus is described as seated in heaven at God’s right hand (2:33-34; 5:31; Luke 20:42; 22:69; Rom 8:34; Eph 1:20; Col 3:1; Heb 1:3, 13; 10:12). One possible explanation is that Jesus was welcoming Stephen, the first martyr, to heaven with honor. Stephen had confessed his Lord faithfully on earth, and now his Lord honored his promise to confess his faithful servant in heaven, standing as a witness to defend him (Matt 10:32; Luke 12:8).
• the Son of Man standing: Cp. Dan 7:13-14. The Jewish leaders understood that Stephen was speaking of Jesus as the divine Son of Man (Acts 7:57), a title that speaks of Jesus’ power and authority (cp. Rev 1:12-15).
OET (OET-LV) and said:
Behold, I_am_observing the heavens having_been_opened_up, and the son of_ the _man having_stood by the_right of_ the _god.
OET (OET-RV) He said, “I can look through the sky that’s opened up and can see humanity’s child standing at God’s right side.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
