Moses means that the Israelites only traveled where Yahweh commanded them to travel, and not anywhere else. If it would be more natural in your language, you could change the phrasing of this verse. Alternate translation: [You only approached the land that Yahweh our God had commanded. You did not approach the land of the sons of Ammon, all the side of the wadi of Jabbok, and the cities of the hill country]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / youcrowd
לֹ֣א קָרָ֑בְתָּ
not encroach
Even though you is singular in this verse, Moses is referring to himself and all the Israelites. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use a plural in your translation. Alternate translation: [we did not approach]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
יַ֞ד
region_of
Here, hand means “side” when referring to a wadi or river. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the side of]
2:37 Like the Moabites, the Ammonites were related to Israel and were thus to be left undisturbed (cp. 2:9).
• The Jabbok River, a great tributary of the Jordan River, marked the border between Gilead to the north and the Amorite kingdom of Sihon to the south. The Ammonites lived east and south of the Jabbok (2:19). It was somewhere at the Jabbok that Jacob wrestled with the stranger at night (Gen 32:22-32).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
