OET (OET-LV) Not_he is_great in_household the_this more_than_me and_not he_has_withheld from_me anything if/because (if) you because you his/its_wife/woman and_how will_I_do the_evil the_big/large/great(fs) (the)_this and_I_will_sin to_god.
OET (OET-RV) In this house, he doesn’t even have more authority than I do and he hasn’t kept anything back from me, except for you, his wife. How could I do this very wicked thing and sin against God.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
אֵינֶ֨נּוּ גָד֜וֹל בַּבַּ֣יִת הַזֶּה֮ מִמֶּנִּי֒
not,he greater (Some words not found in UHB: not,he greater in,household the=this more,than_me and=not withheld from,me anything that/for/because/then/when if ,you because, you his/its=wife/woman and,how? do the,evil the=big/large/great(fs) (the),this and,I_will_sin to,God )
By saying He is not greater than me in this house, Joseph means that Potiphar still had more authority than Joseph, but he had given Joseph authority to act in his place over everything in his household. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [As a result, even he does not exercise more authority in his household than I do]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / litotes
וְלֹֽא־חָשַׂ֤ךְ מִמֶּ֨נִּי֙ מְא֔וּמָה כִּ֥י אִם־אוֹתָ֖ךְ בַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר אַתְּ־אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ
and=not (Some words not found in UHB: not,he greater in,household the=this more,than_me and=not withheld from,me anything that/for/because/then/when if ,you because, you his/its=wife/woman and,how? do the,evil the=big/large/great(fs) (the),this and,I_will_sin to,God )
Joseph is using a figure of speech here that emphasizes a positive meaning by using a negative word, not, together with a mild expression that is the opposite of the intended meaning. If it would be helpful in your language, you could emphasize the positive meaning in a strong way. The phrase has not withheld emphasizes the freedom that Potiphar had given Joseph. Some languages must translate this in a way that does not use a negative word such as not. Alternate translation: [and he has given me freedom with everything in his household, except you, of course, because you are his wife]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
וְאֵ֨יךְ אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֜ה הָרָעָ֤ה הַגְּדֹלָה֙ הַזֹּ֔את וְחָטָ֖אתִי לֵֽאלֹהִֽים
and,how? (Some words not found in UHB: not,he greater in,household the=this more,than_me and=not withheld from,me anything that/for/because/then/when if ,you because, you his/its=wife/woman and,how? do the,evil the=big/large/great(fs) (the),this and,I_will_sin to,God )
Joseph uses this rhetorical question to emphasize why he will not do what Potiphar’s wife wants. Alternate translation: [So I refuse to do such an evil thing, which would be a terrible sin against God!]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
