וְ⁠הָיָ֞ה מִ⁠קֵּ֣ץ שִׁבְעִ֣ים שָׁנָ֗ה

and=it_was from_the=end/extremity seventy year

Isaiah is using the phrase translated as And it will happen to introduce a new event in the story. Use a word, phrase, or other method in your language that is natural for introducing a new event.

וְ⁠שָׁבָ֖ה לְ⁠אֶתְנַנָּ֑⁠ה וְ⁠זָֽנְתָ֛ה אֶת כָּל מַמְלְכ֥וֹת הָ⁠אָ֖רֶץ

and,it_will_return to,hire_of,its and,it_will_act_the_prostitute DOM all/each/any/every kingdoms_of the=earth/land

Here Isaiah is speaking as if Tyre’s trading activity were the act of a prostitute who would whore with the kingdoms. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And she will return to her trading profit, and she will trade with all of the kingdoms of the earth]

כָּל מַמְלְכ֥וֹת הָ⁠אָ֖רֶץ

all/each/any/every kingdoms_of the=earth/land

Isaiah says all of the kingdoms of the earth as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [every kingdom on earth]

לְ⁠אֶתְנַנָּ֑⁠ה

to,hire_of,its

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of hire, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [to earning money]

Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

עַל פְּנֵ֥י הָ⁠אֲדָמָֽה

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in face/surface_of the=soil

Isaiah is using the face of the ground as a common expression to mean “the surface of the earth.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [everywhere]
