OET (OET-LV) There_[is]_not darkness[fn] and_no deep_darkness to_hide there [those_who]_do (of)_wickedness.
34:22 Note: We read one or more accents in L differently than BHS. Often this notation indicates a typographical error in BHS.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
אֵֽין־חֹ֭שֶׁךְ וְאֵ֣ין צַלְמָ֑וֶת
not darkness and,no deep_shadow
The terms darkness and deep darkness mean similar things. Elihu is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: “There is no darkness at all”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
לְהִסָּ֥תֶר & פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן
to,hide & instigators mischief
If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “for the doers of iniquity to hide themselves”
34:22 The wicked might try to hide in darkness (Jer 23:24), but they will fail (Ps 139:11-12; cp. Amos 9:2-3). God brings everything to light (1 Cor 4:5).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
