OET (OET-RV) While he was there. Yahweh’s messenger appeared to him in a flame coming from the middle of a bush, and as Mosheh looked, to his surprise he saw that the bush was burning in the fire yet not actually being burnt up.
וַ֠יֵּרָא מַלְאַ֨ךְ יְהֹוָ֥ה אֵלָ֛יו בְּלַבַּת־אֵ֖שׁ מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַסְּנֶ֑ה
and,appeared angel YHWH to=him/it in/on/at/with,flame fire from,midst the,bush
This is a summary of what happened. The next few verses tell the story of how this happened and how Moses discovered what was happening.
יְהֹוָ֥ה
YHWH
This is the name of God that he revealed to his people in the Old Testament. See the translationWord page about Yahweh concerning how to translate this.

וְהִנֵּ֤ה הַסְּנֶה֙ בֹּעֵ֣ר בָּאֵ֔שׁ וְהַסְּנֶ֖ה אֵינֶ֥נּוּ אֻכָּֽל
and=see/lo/see! the,bush burning in/on/at/with,fire and,the,bush not,it consumed
The word behold here shows that Moses saw something that was very different from what he expected. He expected the bush to be burnt up completely by the fire. Consider using an interjection in your language that expresses that what follows is a surprise.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
אֻכָּֽל
consumed
Here, being consumed means being eaten completely until gone. In the case of fire, this is a metonym for burning completely until gone. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: “destroyed by the fire”
3:2 Technically, the angel of the Lord is the Lord’s officially authorized envoy, but the expression may be used more broadly of other visible manifestations of the Lord (see Gen 16:9-13; Judg 13:3, 6, 21-22).
• In the Bible, blazing fire often represents God’s transcendent holiness (see Exod 19:18; Gen 15:17; 1 Kgs 18:38-39; Isa 33:14).
• didn’t burn up: This may show that God does not wish to consume the vehicle that he sets ablaze for his purposes.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
