OET (OET-LV) And_speak he to/for_yourself(m) to the_people and_it_was he he_will_become for_you as_mouth and_you(ms) you_will_become for_him/it as_god.
OET (OET-RV) So in that way, he’ll be like a mouth for you and speak to the people for you, and you’ll be like God to him.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / simile
לְפֶ֔ה
as,mouth
This phrase compares Aaron to a mouth because he will be the one to actually vocalize to the Israelites and Pharaoh what Moses tells him to say. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent comparison or express this meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “the one to say what you tell him to say”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / simile
תִּֽהְיֶה־לּ֥וֹ לֵֽאלֹהִֽים
you(ms)_will_be for=him/it as,God
The word like here means Moses would represent the same authority to Aaron as God did to Moses. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent comparison or express this meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “you will speak to Aaron with the same authority with which I speak to you”
4:10-17 Moses’ fourth and final protest was that he could not speak effectively. Moses was apparently grasping at straws in trying to escape this dangerous and unpleasant assignment, and God was becoming angry at Moses’ refusal to grasp the truth. The outcome did not depend on Moses’ ability, but upon his willingness to let God’s power operate through him.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
