בַּ⁠יּ֣וֹם הַ⁠ה֔וּא

in_the=day (the)=that

Isaiah is using on that day as a common expression of the culture to mean “at that time.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [when that happens]

בַּ⁠יּ֣וֹם הַ⁠ה֔וּא

Isaiah is using the term day to refer to a specific time. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. See the UST.

The speakers are using the possessive form our God to indicate that Yahweh is the God whom they worship. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [is God to us]

See how your translation team has decided to represent pairs of clauses in Hebrew poetry that mean basically the same thing. Alternate translation: [this is our God; we waited for him, and he saved us. Indeed, this is Yahweh; we waited for him, let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation]

נָגִ֥ילָה וְ⁠נִשְׂמְחָ֖ה

rejoice and,let_us_rejoice

The terms be glad and rejoice mean similar things. The speakers are using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [let us rejoice joyfully]
