The point of this comparison is that just as the tent of a shepherd is taken down and carried away, so Hezekiah’s life is being removed from him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [My dwelling is removed and carried away from me, just as a shepherd takes down and carries away his tent]

Here Hezekiah is speaking of his life as if it were a dwelling that could be removed and carried away. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [My life] or [My time on earth]

The expression is removed and carried away is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [He has removed my dwelling and carried it away from me]

Here Hezekiah is speaking as if his life were a piece of weaving and Yahweh were a weaver who is cutting it off from the loom. Hezekiah is referring to dying in a polite way by using the phrase you are finishing me. Depending on what is helpful for your readers, you could use a polite way of referring to this in your language, or you could state this plainly. Alternate translation: [you are causing me to die]
