OET (OET-LV) Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) it_has_been_saved in/on/at/with_LORD a_salvation_of everlastingness(es) not you(pl)_will_be_ashamed and_not you(pl)_will_be_put_to_shame until everlastingness(es)_of perpetuity.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
(Occurrence 0) Israel will be saved by Yahweh
(Some words not found in UHB: Yisrael saved in/on/at/with,LORD salvation_of everlasting not put_to_shame and=not humiliated until ages_of everlasting )
If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “Yahweh will save the people of Israel”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
(Occurrence 0) you will never again be ashamed or humiliated
(Some words not found in UHB: Yisrael saved in/on/at/with,LORD salvation_of everlasting not put_to_shame and=not humiliated until ages_of everlasting )
Here “you” refers to the people of Israel. The words “ashamed” and “humiliated” mean basically the same thing. If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “No one will ever humiliate you again” (See also: figs-doublet)
45:17 Israel would never again be humiliated and disgraced, oppressed, harassed, or abused. The finality of these declarations suggests that this promise will be fulfilled at the end of time.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
