OET (OET-LV) I I_made the_earth and_human/ʼĀdām on/upon_it(f) I_created I hands_of_my they_stretched_out the_heavens and_all their_group/army/objects I_commanded.
OET (OET-RV) I made the earth and created humankind on it.
⇔
My own hands stretched the skies out,
⇔
and I ordered all the heavenly bodies into place.
Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns
עָשִׂ֣יתִי אֶ֔רֶץ
(Some words not found in UHB: I made earth/land and=human/ʼĀdām on/upon=it(f) created I hands_of,my stretched_out heavens and=all their=group/army/objects commanded )
Yahweh is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb translated as I made already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he is the one who made the earth. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [It is I who made the earth]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
יָדַי֙ נָט֣וּ שָׁמַ֔יִם
hands_of,my stretched_out heavens
Here Yahweh is speaking of creating the sky as if the heavens were a fabric or tent that he stretched out. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [It was my own hands that created the heavens]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְכָל צְבָאָ֖ם צִוֵּֽיתִי
and=all their=group/army/objects commanded
Here Yahweh is speaking of the stars as if they were an army that he commands. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and I commanded all the stars in them]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
