Elihu is reasserting the reason he gave in [32:8](../32/08.md) to account for how he will be able to speak knowledgably. See how you translated the similar expression there. Alternate translation: [I will be able to speak knowledgably because the Spirit of God made me; yes, it was the Almighty who breathed the breath of life into me]
