(Some words not found in UHB: beka for_the,head half the,shekel in/on/at/with,shekel the,sanctuary to=all/each/any/every the,crossed_over on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,counted from,son_of twenty year and,upward, for,six hundreds thousand and,three thousand and=five hundreds and,fifty )
See how you translated many of the same things in Exodus 30:13–14.
Note 1 topic: translate-bweight
בֶּ֚קַע לַגֻּלְגֹּ֔לֶת מַחֲצִ֥ית הַשֶּׁ֖קֶל בְּשֶׁ֣קֶל הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ
beka for_the,head half the,shekel in/on/at/with,shekel the,sanctuary
A beka is 1/2 a shekel. A shekel is 11 grams. There were evidently shekels of more than one weight at the time; by the shekel of the sanctuary specified which one was to be used. See 38:24. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could express this in terms of modern measurements, either in the text or a footnote. Alternate translation: “five and a half grams” or “5 1/2 grams”
Note 2 topic: translate-fraction
מַחֲצִ֥ית הַשֶּׁ֖קֶל
half the,shekel
A half means one part out of two equal parts.
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis
לְכֹ֨ל הָעֹבֵ֜ר עַל־הַפְּקֻדִ֗ים מִבֶּ֨ן עֶשְׂרִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙ וָמַ֔עְלָה לְשֵׁשׁ־מֵא֥וֹת אֶ֨לֶף֙ וּשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת אֲלָפִ֔ים וַחֲמֵ֥שׁ מֵא֖וֹת וַחֲמִשִּֽׁים
to=all/each/any/every the,crossed_over on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,counted from,son_of twenty year and,upward, for,six hundreds thousand and,three thousand and=five hundreds and,fifty
Here the account leaves out some of the words that a sentence would need in many languages to be complete. The idea that this silver was “received” from these “men” is left out. If it would be helpful in your language, you could supply these words from the context. Alternate translation: “received from every passer over to the counted ones from a son of 20 years and older—received from 603,550 men”
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
מִבֶּ֨ן עֶשְׂרִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙
from,son_of twenty year
This is an idiom meaning 20 years old. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent idiom or use plain language. Alternate translation: “from those 20 years old”
38:26 For the earlier discussion of this tax, see 30:11-16. The sanctuary shekel was evidently the standard against which other weights were measured for accuracy.
• 603,550: See study note on 12:37.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
