Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / quotesinquotes

כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ אַל־יַשִּׁ֥א לָכֶ֖ם חִזְקִיָּ֑הוּ כִּ֥י לֹֽא־יוּכַ֖ל לְהַצִּ֥יל אֶתְכֶֽם

(Some words not found in UHB: thus he/it_had_said the=king not deceive to/for=you(pl) Ḩizqiyyāh that/for/because/then/when not he/it_would_be_able to,deliver ,you(pl) )

See the note about the multiple levels of quotation in the introduction to this chapter. If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate all of this long quotation so that there are not quotations within quotations. Alternate translation: [The king says that you should not let Hezekiah deceive you, since he is not able to deliver you]

Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result

אַל־יַשִּׁ֥א לָכֶ֖ם חִזְקִיָּ֑הוּ כִּ֥י לֹֽא־יוּכַ֖ל לְהַצִּ֥יל אֶתְכֶֽם

not (Some words not found in UHB: thus he/it_had_said the=king not deceive to/for=you(pl) Ḩizqiyyāh that/for/because/then/when not he/it_would_be_able to,deliver ,you(pl) )

If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [Since Hezekiah is not able to deliver you, do not let him deceive you]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / yousingular

לָכֶ֖ם & אֶתְכֶֽם

to/for=you(pl) & ,you(pl)

The word you is plural in both of these instances because king of Assyria, speaking through the Rabshakeh, is addressing the Judeans who have gathered on the city wall. For the same reason, the word “you” and the implied “you” in imperatives are also plural throughout verses 15–17. So use plural forms in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
