The Rabshakeh is using the question form to challenge the claim that Hezekiah’s official might make that they are trusting in Yahweh. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [And you should not say to me, ‘We trust in Yahweh our God,’ since he is the one whose high places and altars Hezekiah has removed and said to Judah and to Jerusalem, ‘To the face of this altar in Jerusalem, you shall prostrate yourselves’!]

The second-level and third-level quotations that began in verse 4 conclude at the end of verse 6. There are two levels of quotation in this verse. The Rabshakeh is addressing Hezekiah’s official directly (level 1), and he quotes what the official might say and what Hezekiah has said (level 2). If you have been marking levels of quotation with punctuation, use the appropriate punctuation in your language for the levels in this verse.

If you have decided to translate all of this long quotation in such a way that there will not be quotations within quotations, you can continue doing that in this verse. Alternate translation: [The great king says that Hezekiah should not tell him that you Judeans are trusting in Yahweh your God. After all, Hezekiah himself is the one who has removed the high places and altars and told the people of Judah and Jerusalem that they must prostrate themselves to the face of the altar in Jerusalem.]

תֹאמַ֣ר & תִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ
say & (Some words not found in UHB: and=because/when say to=me to/towards YHWH God_of,our trust am=not he/it which/who removed Ḩizqiyyāh DOM places_of,his_high and=DOM altars_of,his and=he/it_said to,Judah and,to,Jerusalem to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the,altar the=this worship )
The word you is singular in the first instance because the Rabshakeh is addressing Hezekiah’s official. The word you in the second instance and the word yourselves are plural because Hezekiah was addressing all of the Judeans. So use singular and plural forms respectively in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / exclusive
אֶל־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ בָּטָ֑חְנוּ
to/towards YHWH God_of,our (Some words not found in UHB: and=because/when say to=me to/towards YHWH God_of,our trust am=not he/it which/who removed Ḩizqiyyāh DOM places_of,his_high and=DOM altars_of,his and=he/it_said to,Judah and,to,Jerusalem to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the,altar the=this worship )
By We, Hezekiah’s officials would mean themselves and their fellow Judeans but not the Rabshakeh, to whom they would be speaking. So use the exclusive form of that word in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

Here, Judah and Jerusalem represent the people who live in those places. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [to the people of Judah and Jerusalem]

לִפְנֵ֛י
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before
This is a Hebrew idiom meaning “Before” or “in the presence of.” Alternate translation: [In front of]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
