If you have decided to translate all of this long quotation in such a way that there will not be quotations within quotations, you can continue doing that in this verse. Alternate translation: [And now, please invite Hezekiah to make a wager with my master, the king of Assyria. Tell him that I will give him 2,000 horses if he is able to put riders on them for himself]

This is the beginning of something that the Rabshakeh is saying directly to Hezekiah. He implicitly wants the Judean officials to quote to Hezekiah what he says. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could indicate this in your translation. Alternate translation: [Tell Hezekiah from me, ‘And now]

And now was an expression that speakers in this culture commonly used to introduce an important point such as the implications of what they were just saying. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation.

The implied “you” in the imperative wager and the pronouns you and yourself are singular in each instance because the Rabshakeh is addressing Hezekiah directly. The words “you” and “yourself” are singular in verse 9 for the same reason. So use singular forms in these verses in your translation if your language marks that distinction.
