There are three levels of quotation here. The author is quoting what the Rabshakeh said (level 1), continuing from the previous verse. The Rabshakeh is quoting the king of Assyria (level 2), also continuing from the previous verse. The king is quoting Hezekiah (level 3). Use the appropriate punctuation in your language to mark these levels of quotation. Alternatively, you could translate this so that there are not second-level or third-level quotations.

If you have decided to translate all of this long quotation in such a way that there will not be quotations within quotations, you can continue doing that in this verse. Alternate translation: [The king says that you should not let Hezekiah make you trust in Yahweh by telling you that delivering, Yahweh will deliver all of you, and this city will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria]

According to the king of Assyria, Hezekiah has been repeating forms of the verb deliver in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [Yahweh will certainly deliver us]

By us, Hezekiah means to include both himself and those to whom he is speaking, so use the inclusive form of that word if your language marks that distinction, here and in verse 32.

The expression will not be given contains a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and he will not give this city]

Here, hand represents “control” or “power.” If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [into the control of]
