OET (OET-LV) And_you_will_suck the_milk_of nations and_the_breast_of kings you_will_suck and_you_will_know if/because_that I YHWH deliverer_of_am_your and_redeemer_of_your the_mighty_one_of Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob).
OET (OET-RV) You’ll suckle the milk from the nations,
⇔
and feed from the breast of kings,
⇔
and you know that I, Yahweh, am your rescuer and your redeemer—Yakov’s powerful one.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְיָנַקְתְּ֙ חֲלֵ֣ב גּוֹיִ֔ם וְשֹׁ֥ד מְלָכִ֖ים תִּינָ֑קִי
and,you_will_suck milk_of nations and_[the],breast_of kings suck
Here Yahweh is speaking as if Jerusalem were an infant who would suck the milk of the nations and feed at the breast of kings. He means that its people will receive the wealth and resources of those nations and their kings. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And you will receive the wealth of the nations, and you will be provided for by their kings]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
מֽוֹשִׁיעֵ֔ךְ וְגֹאֲלֵ֖ךְ
deliverer_of,[am]_your and,redeemer_of,your
The terms Savior and Redeemer mean similar things. Yahweh is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [am the one who completely rescues you] or [am the one who saves and redeems you]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
אֲבִ֥יר יַעֲקֹֽב
mighty_one_of Yaakob
Here, Jacob represents his descendants, the people of Israel. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [the Mighty One of the people of Israel]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
