and,in_place_of and,in_place_of the,wood(s) copper/brass/bronze//coin and,in_place_of the,stone(s) iron

Yahweh is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [and instead of wood, I will bring bronze, and instead of stones, I will bring iron]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of peace, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [And I will appoint those who are peaceful as your governor and those who are righteous as your rulers]

פְקֻדָּתֵ⁠ךְ֙ שָׁל֔וֹם וְ⁠נֹגְשַׂ֖יִ⁠ךְ צְדָקָֽה

overseer[s]_of,your peace and,taskmasters_of,your righteousness

Yahweh is speaking of peace and righteousness as if they were living rulers who could govern Jerusalem. He means that its leaders will govern peacefully and rule justly. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [governors who rule you peacefully and rulers who act righteously]
