Yahweh is using Lift up your eyes as a common expression to mean “look around.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Direct your gaze]

כֻּלָּ֖⁠ם נִקְבְּצ֣וּ בָֽאוּ־לָ֑⁠ךְ

The pronouns them and they refer to the people who belong to Jerusalem and are returning to it, that is, the sons and daughters mentioned next. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [all of your people gather themselves, they come to you]

Alternate translation: [The men who belong to you will come from faraway, and the women who belong to you]

The expression will be supported is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and people will support your daughters on the side]

The implication is that the young daughters will be carried on the hip, as adults carry small children. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [will be carried on the hip like small children]
