HAPHebrew accents and phrasing: See Allan Johnson's Hebrew accents and phrasing analysis.

TSNTyndale Study Notes:

11:24 Chemosh was the god of the related tribe of Moabites. If the land occupied by Israel east of the Jordan originally belonged to Moab (see study note on 11:25), the Ammonite king would still have regarded Chemosh as the god of that land. Whether Jephthah regarded Chemosh as a god or was accommodating himself to the king’s belief system is not clear.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion

?,not DOM which/who possess,you Kəmōsh/(Chemosh) god_of,your DOM,him possess

The messengers are using the question form for emphasis. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [You should just possess what Chemosh, your god, causes you to possess]

Note 2 topic: translate-names

כְּמ֥וֹשׁ

Kəmōsh/(Chemosh)

The word Chemosh is the name of a false god.
