If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who did the action, 1:3 indicates that Moses and Aaron counted these men. Since Yahweh is speaking to Moses and Aaron directly here, you could use the dual or plural form of “you” here, as in the UST.
