OET (OET-RV) The man gave names to all the various livestock and to the birds of the sky and to every living creature in the fields, but none of them was a suitable companion to help him.

and=he/it_called the=humankind names to/from=all/each/any/every the=cattle/livestock
For a note about when to first use Adam’s name, see verse 19. Also, see how you translated livestock in Gen 1:24-26. Alternate translation: “The man assigned names to all the different types of livestock” or “Adam named all the different types of tame animals”
וּלְע֣וֹף הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם
and=to/for=bird the=heavens
Alternate translation: “and to all the different types of birds that fly in the sky”
וּלְכֹ֖ל חַיַּ֣ת הַשָּׂדֶ֑ה
and=to/for=all being/animal the=field
See how you translated a similar phrase in verse 19. Alternate translation: “and to all the other different types of creatures that live in the wild,” or “and to all the wild animals,”
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וּלְאָדָ֕ם לֹֽא מָצָ֥א עֵ֖זֶר כְּנֶגְדּֽוֹ
and=to/for=humankind not he/it_found helper like=in_front_of=him/it
Consider whether it is more natural in your language to use an active or passive construction here. Also see how you translated a suitable helper in verse 18. Alternate translation: “but he could not find a suitable helper for himself among them.” or “but none of them was a helper who was just right for him.”
2:4-25 This account (see study note on 2:4) of the heavens and the earth is not a second creation account; rather, it is a theological and historical expansion on 1:1–2:3. The focus is now on what the cosmos produced rather than on its creation. Special attention is given to the first man and woman. As the story progresses, it is colored by contrasts of good and evil, knowledge and ignorance, life and death, harmony and discord.

OET (OET-RV) The man gave names to all the various livestock and to the birds of the sky and to every living creature in the fields, but none of them was a suitable companion to help him.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
