Here Yahweh is speaking of Israel destroying their enemies as if they would winnow them like grain, so that the wind carries them away. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [You will destroy them, and they will be scattered]

The pronoun them refers to the enemies of Israel. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [You will winnow your enemies]

Even though Yahweh is the one speaking, he refers to himself in the third person as Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in the first person. Alternate translation: [But you, you will be glad in me]

Yahweh uses the word But here to indicate a contrast between the fate of Israel’s enemies and the joy of Israel. In your translation, indicate this contrast in a way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [You, however,]

Yahweh is stating the pronoun you along with the verb translated as you will be glad, which already includes its meaning. He is doing that because he is contrasting the fate of the people of Israel, who will rejoice, with the fate of their enemies, who will be scattered. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that meaning here. Alternate translation: [But you, for your part, will be glad in Yahweh]
