Yahweh is using the word translated as But to introduce a new event in his message. Use a word, phrase, or other method in your language that is natural for introducing a new event. Alternate translation: [On the other hand, you, Israel, my servant]

Here and in verses 9 and 10 the word you is singular because it refers to the Israel as a nation. So use the singular form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

seed/offspring ʼAⱱrāhām

Here Yahweh is speaking of the descendants of Abraham as if they were his seed. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the descendants of Abraham]

אַבְרָהָ֥ם אֹהֲבִֽ⁠י

ʼAⱱrāhām friend_of,my

Yahweh is using the possessive form to describe Abraham, who is characterized by being my friend. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [Abraham, who was a friend to me]
