Isaiah is repeating forms of the verb rejoice in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [I will greatly rejoice]

Isaiah is using my soul to represent his whole self. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your culture or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I myself]

הִלְבִּישַׁ֨⁠נִי֙ בִּגְדֵי יֶ֔שַׁע מְעִ֥יל צְדָקָ֖ה יְעָטָ֑⁠נִי

Isaiah is speaking as if salvation and righteousness were garments and a robe that Yahweh had put on him. He means that Yahweh has saved him and made him righteous. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [he has saved me; he has made me righteous]

כֶּֽ⁠חָתָן֙ יְכַהֵ֣ן פְּאֵ֔ר וְ⁠כַ⁠כַּלָּ֖ה תַּעְדֶּ֥ה כֵלֶֽי⁠הָ

The point of this comparison is that just as a bridegroom and a bride make themselves beautiful with fine adornments, so Yahweh has made Isaiah beautiful by clothing him with salvation and righteousness. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [just as a bridegroom makes himself beautiful with a headdress, and just as a bride makes herself beautiful with her jewels, so he has made me beautiful]
