Here, a heart to know or eyes to see or ears to hear represents the ability to understand and comprehend all that someone sees or hears. These three phrases a heart to know and eyes to see and ears to hear mean basically the same thing. The second and third emphasize the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including all three phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could combine the phrases in a way that shows that the second and third phrases are repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [understanding all that you see and hear]
