BrTr (EXO 22:15) And if any one deceive a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her for a wife to himself.

Lying with someone refers to having sex. This is a polite way of referring to something unpleasant. If this would be misunderstood in your language, use a different polite way of referring to this or you could state this plainly. Alternate translation: [if he has sex with her]
