Here, he probably refers to Moses, based on Yahweh’s command in the previous verse. However, [Exodus 34:1](../34/01.md) opens the possibility that Yahweh wrote. It is best to leave it ambiguous, but if you must specify, saying Moses is better. Alternate translation: [Moses wrote]

Here, the phrase Ten Words refers to the commandments that Yahweh gave by using words. The ULT capitalizes these words to show that they refer to these specific “words.” If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language as modeled by the UST.
