Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [like the people will be affected, so the priest will be affected; like the male servant will be affected, so his master will be affected;like the female servant will be affected, so will her mistress be affected;like the buyer will be affected, so will the seller be affected;like the lender will be affected, so will the borrower be affected;like the creditor will be affected, so, he who is carrying on himself will be affected]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / merism

as,people as,priest as,servant as,master(s)_of,his as,maidservant as,mistress_of,her as,buyer as,seller as,lender as,borrower as,creditor just=as debtor in=him/it

Isaiah is referring to all of society by naming several of its major components, the people and the priest, the male servant and his master, the female servant and her mistress, the buyer and the seller, the lender and the borrower, the creditor and the one who owes him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [everyone, from ordinary people to priests, from servants to masters, from buyers to sellers, from lenders to borrowers, from creditors to debtors]
