Alternate translation: [There will be great trouble for]

Isaiah is using the question form for emphasis to show that the people believe no one can see their secret plans. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [No one can see us, and no one can know about us!]
