The point of this comparison is that just as a dream is not real and fades away when a person wakes up, so the attack of the nations against Jerusalem will vanish suddenly. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point of comparison explicit. Alternate translation: [And it will suddenly vanish, just as a dream fades away when a person wakes up in the night]

חֲז֣וֹן לַ֔יְלָה

Isaiah is using a vision of the night as a common expression of the culture to mean “a dream.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [a dream during the night]

Isaiah says all of the nations and all of the ones warring against it as extreme statements for emphasis. He does not mean that literally every nation will attack Jerusalem, but rather that many nations will do so. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a natural form of exaggeration or express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [a vast number of nations warring against Ariel and a vast number of the one warring against it]

וְ⁠הַ⁠מְּצִיקִ֖ים

and,[those,who]_bring_distress

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of distress, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and the ones bringing harm]
