וְ⁠סָ֥ר מֵ⁠רָ֖ע מִשְׁתּוֹלֵ֑ל

and,[one_who]_turned_aside from,evil plundered

Here Isaiah is speaking of a person who stops doing evil as if he were turning away from it, and of that person being victimized as if he were plunder that others seize. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and whoever stops doing evil becomes a victim]

Isaiah is not referring to a specific person by the phrase the one turning from evil. He means anyone who turns from evil, in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and anyone who turns from evil]

Isaiah is using it was evil in his eyes as a common expression of the culture to mean that in Yahweh’s judgment it was evil. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and he considered it evil]
