The point of this comparison is that just as bears growl and doves murmur, so the people groan and mourn over their distress. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [We all groan over our distress as bears growl, and we mourn as doves murmur]

Isaiah uses the word but here to indicate a contrast between We wait and there is none. In your translation, indicate this contrast in a way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Although we wait for justice, there is no justice] or [Althought we wait for justice, justice does not come]

for,deliverance far from,us

Here Isaiah is speaking of salvation as if it were an object located far away from the people. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for salvation, but we are not saved]

Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. He means that we wait for salvation. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [we wait to be saved, but salvation is far from us]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of salvation, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [for someone to save us]
