The pronoun them refers to the people whom Yahweh will redeem. In the next clause, Yahweh addresses these same people directly as you. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [the people whom I will redeem]

Note 2 topic: writing-quotations

אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה

he/it_had_said YHWH

Isaiah is using says Yahweh to indicate that what has been said is a direct quotation from Yahweh and comes with Yahweh’s authority. In your translation, use a natural way of indicating direct quotations in your language.

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

אֲשֶׁר שַׂ֣מְתִּי בְּ⁠פִ֑י⁠ךָ

which/who put in,mouth_of,your

Yahweh is using put in your mouth as a common expression of the culture to mean that he has given his people a message to speak. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [which I have given you to speak]

וּ⁠דְבָרַ֖⁠י אֲשֶׁר־שַׂ֣מְתִּי בְּ⁠פִ֑י⁠ךָ

and,words_of,my which/who put in,mouth_of,your

This could mean: (1) a message the people are to speak on behalf of Yahweh . Alternate translation: [and my words which I have given you to say] or (2) the terms of the covenant, which they would have repeated to ratify it. Alternate translation: [the terms of this covenant which you now repeat]

לֹֽא יָמ֡וּשׁוּ מִ⁠פִּי⁠ךָ֩

Here, your mouth represents the words that you speak. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [will not depart from the words you speak]

וּ⁠מִ⁠פִּ֨י זַרְעֲ⁠ךָ֜ וּ⁠מִ⁠פִּ֨י זֶ֤רַע זַרְעֲ⁠ךָ֙

Here Yahweh is speaking of descendants as if they were seed that a person produces. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [or from the mouth of your descendants or from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants]
