Expleto vaticinio contra Ægyptum, Palæstinos, Moab, filios Ammon, Damascum quoque et Cedar, contra Babylonem et Chaldæos sermo dirigitur; ut quos ante latenter arguit, nunc palam scelera eorum manifestando, vastationem et desolationem subsequi aperte pronuntiet, Isaias quoque et Ezechiel similia contra Babylonios et Chaldæos prophetaverunt.
