Here Yahweh is speaking as if the morale of the Egyptians were a liquid that could be emptied out of a container. He means that the Egyptians will completely lose their resolve. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [The Egyptians will completely lose their resolve]

The expression will be emptied out is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is Yahweh. Alternate translation: [And I will empty out the spirit of Egypt]

Here Yahweh is speaking as if Egypt’s plans were something he could swallow up. He means that he will completely destroy their plans. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and I will completely destroy their plans]

Isaiah is using they will seek as a common expression of the culture to mean “they will consult.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And they will consult] or [And they will turn to]
