The expression Blessed is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is Yahweh. Alternate translation: [I bless my people Egypt]

וּ⁠מַעֲשֵׂ֤ה יָדַ⁠י֙ אַשּׁ֔וּר

and,the_work_of my_hands_of,my ʼAshshūr

Yahweh is using one part of a person, his hands, to mean all of him in the act of doing work. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly, as modeled by the UST.

וְ⁠נַחֲלָתִ֖⁠י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

and,inheritance_of,my Yisrael

Here Yahweh is speaking of Israel as if it were property that he had received as an inheritance. He means that Israel belongs to him as his special possession. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and Israel, my treasured possession]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of an inheritance, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and my own nation]
