The pronoun they refers to the Egyptians. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [the Egyptians … the Egyptians … the Egyptians]

נָגֹ֣ף וְ⁠רָפ֑וֹא

Here Isaiah is speaking as if Yahweh’s discipline of Egypt were his striking them physically. He means that Yahweh will bring hardship on Egypt to correct them. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [disciplining and healing them]

Here Isaiah is speaking as if the Egyptians would physically return to Yahweh when they repent. He means that they will again worship and follow Yahweh. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and they again worship and follow Yahweh]

וְ⁠נֶעְתַּ֥ר לָ⁠הֶ֖ם

and,he_will_be_entreated to/for=them

The expression he will be entreated is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and they will entreat him]
