Isaiah is using a phrase that expresses a strong feeling of blessing and well-being. There may be an equivalent word or phrase in your language that you can use in your translation to convey this feeling. Alternate translation: [How blessed you will be, you who sow beside all waters, you who let the ox and the donkey roam freely]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of happiness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [How happy you are,]

עַל כָּל מָ֑יִם

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in all/each/any/every waters

Isaiah says beside all waters as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [beside many sources of water]

let_~_gofree_of foot_of of,the_ox and,the,donkey

Isaiah is using senders of the foot of the ox and the donkey as a common expression of the culture to mean “letting their livestock graze freely.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who let their livestock graze freely]
