Isaiah is using the possessive form your Redeemer and your fashioner from the womb to mean that Yahweh is the one who redeems you and who formed you before you were born. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the one who redeems you and who fashioned you from the womb]
