עֹשֶׂ֛⁠ךָ וְ⁠יֹצֶרְ⁠ךָ֥ מִ⁠בֶּ֖טֶן

Here Isaiah is speaking of Yahweh as if he were a craftsman who had made and shaped Israel, calling him your maker and your fashioner from the womb. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the one who made you and formed you since before you were born]

The terms your maker and your fashioner mean similar things. Isaiah is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [your maker who fashioned you]

Even though Yahweh is addressing Israel directly, he is speaking of him in the third person as I have chosen him to show respect. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in a respectful form in the second person. Alternate translation: [and Jeshurun, I have chosen you]
