Here Isaiah is speaking of Yahweh as if he were the King of Israel, ruling his people the way a human king rules a nation. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the one who rules over Israel]

Here Isaiah is speaking of Yahweh as if he were his Redeemer, a relative who pays a price to buy back family members from slavery or debt. Isaiah is using the possessive form his Redeemer to indicate that Yahweh is the one who redeems Israel. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and the one who redeems him]

Yahweh is referring to all of time by naming two major components, the first and the last. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [I existed before all things, and I will exist after all things]

and there is no God except me — If it would appear in your language that Yahweh was making a statement and then contradicting it, you could reword this as a positive statement. Alternate translation: [and I alone am God]
