If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about what Yahweh said together with the statement that Yahweh has said it, rather than after the descriptions that come in between. Alternate translation: [And now Yahweh has said, the one having formed me from the womb as a servant for him, to return Jacob to him and that Israel would be assembled to him—and I am honored in the eyes of Yahweh,and my God has become my strength— Yahweh has spoken]

יֹצְרִ֤⁠י מִ⁠בֶּ֨טֶן֙

[who]_formed_of,me from_[the],womb

Isaiah is using the one having formed me from the womb as a common expression of the culture to mean “the one who formed me before I was born.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the one who formed me before my birth]

The expression Israel would be assembled is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and that God would gather Israel to him]

in/on=both_eyes_of YHWH

The servant is using in the eyes of as a common expression of the culture to mean “in the judgment of” or “in the opinion of.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [in the opinion of Yahweh]

Here the servant is speaking of Yahweh as if Yahweh were his strength. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and my God is the one who makes me strong]

Isaiah is not using this possessive form, my God, to indicate that he possesses or controls Yahweh. Rather he is using these words to indicate that Yahweh is the God whom he worships. Alternate translation: [the God I worship]

Here, the word to marks the clause to return Jacob to him and that Israel would be assembled to him as the goal or purpose for which Yahweh formed the servant. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that this is the purpose.
