Yahweh is using the adjective terrible as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [and the spoil of the terrible one]

Yahweh is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb translated as I will contend already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he himself, and no one else, is the one who will fight against those who oppose his people. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [I am the one who will contend with the one who contends with you]
