עֲ֠וֺנֹתֵי⁠כֶם וַ⁠עֲוֺנֹ֨ת אֲבוֹתֵי⁠כֶ֤ם

iniquities_of,your(pl) and,the_iniquities_of your(pl)_ancestors_of,your(pl)

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of iniquities, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the wrong things you have done and the wrong things your fathers have done]

In the previous verses, Yahweh referred to these people in the third person, but here he shifts to addressing them directly in the second person with the words your iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers. If it would be helpful in your language, you could refer to the people in the same person that you use in the surrounding verses. Alternate translation: [their iniquities and the iniquities of their fathers]

Here and again in verses 13-15, the word your is plural because Yahweh is addressing the rebellious Israelites, so use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

וַ⁠עֲוֺנֹ֨ת אֲבוֹתֵי⁠כֶ֤ם

and,the_iniquities_of your(pl)_ancestors_of,your(pl)

Here Yahweh is speaking as if the people’s ancestors were their fathers. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and the iniquities of your forefathers]

קִטְּרוּ֙ עַל הֶ֣⁠הָרִ֔ים וְ⁠עַל הַ⁠גְּבָע֖וֹת חֵרְפ֑וּ⁠נִי

burnt_incense on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,mountains and,on the,hills they,taunted_me

The implication is that the people burned this incense to idols at pagan worship sites on the mountains and hills. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [they have burned incense to idols at pagan worship sites on the mountains and have provoked me on the hills]
