Here Yahweh is repeating forms of the verb hide in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [And I will certainly hide] or [And indeed, I will hide]

פָנָ֔ה אֶל־אֱלֹהִ֖ים אֲחֵרִֽים

Here Yahweh is speaking as if the Israelites will have literally been walking behind him but then will have turned away to walk in a different direction toward other gods. He means that they will stop worshiping and obeying him and start worshiping other gods instead. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [he will have abandoned me for other gods] or [he will no longer worship me but will worship other gods]
