The enemy soldiers coming and taking Shebna as a captive to a foreign land is spoken of as if Yahweh were throwing him like a ball into another land.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
(Occurrence 0) you will be the shame of your master’s house
(Some words not found in UHB: to_roll_up he_will_roll_up,you throw ball to/towards earth/land large_of measures there,at die and,there,at chariots_of splendid_of,your disgrace_of house_of master's_of,your )
Here “house” represents the people who work in the king’s palace. Alternate translation: “you will cause shame for all those in your master’s palace”
22:18 toss you away into a distant, barren land: Shebna would not find a resting place or have a memorial (cp. 14:11-20).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
