Isaiah is speaking of the invading armies as if they were insects that settle down in every crevice of the land. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly.

וּ⁠בָ֨אוּ וְ⁠נָח֤וּ כֻלָּ⁠ם֙

The pronoun they refers to the armies of Egypt and Assyria, which are described in the previous verse as “the fly” and “the bee.” It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers.

הַ⁠בַּתּ֔וֹת

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of desolation, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [desolate land]

וּ⁠בְ⁠כֹל֙ הַ⁠נַּ֣עֲצוּצִ֔ים וּ⁠בְ⁠כֹ֖ל הַ⁠נַּהֲלֹלִֽים

and,on,all_of the,thornbushes and,in,all_of the,watering-places

Isaiah says in all of the thornbushes and in all of the watering holes as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [and everywhere you look]
