You_all_are_supposing that the these Galilaios, became sinners beyond all the Galilaios, because such they_have_suffered?

ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς
answering ˱he˲_said ˱to˲_them
Together the two words answering and said mean that Jesus responded to what the people in the crowd told him. Alternate translation: [Jesus responded to them]

Jesus is using the question form to teach these people and the whole crowd. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate his words as a statement. Alternate translation: [Do not think that these Galileans were more sinful than all the Galileans because they suffered this!]
ἁμαρτωλοὶ παρὰ πάντας τοὺς Γαλιλαίους

Alternate translation: [more sinful than all the other Galileans] or [the most sinful of all Galileans]

Alternate translation: [this happened to them]
13:1-4 Jesus was responding to a popular claim that bad things only happen to bad people. Sin has negative consequences, but not every bad thing is a result of sin. Jesus then clarified that all people are sinners who need to repent (13:3, 5; see Job 4:7; 8:4, 20; 22:5; see also Pss 34:21; 75:10; Prov 3:33; 10:3, 6-7, 16, 24-25; John 9:2-3).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
